Im so tired i cant do my second workout today was planning to do 2 small workout's a day instead of one big one now thinking i should have just one big one and by now id be relaxing instead of stressing about it. oh well tomorrow is another day.

Epson salts in a hot bath, try taking powdered magnesium it relaxes the nervous system and helps with soreness, drink a chocolate protein shake after your workout the stuff in chocolate milk I've heard helps with muscle soreness, all of these things help for me, also make sure you stretch properly afterwards this prevents…

Use light weights and do high reps (for females) so you dont get big and bulky muscles and look like a man. :huh:

OP in regards to your post if you want to maintain you need to eat at your TDEE and not below if you eat below you are in a deficit and will loose weight. TDEE is easy to workout i found a helpful blog today about this in relation to MFP fit101.org. As for eating back exercise calories I never have and i have lost weight…

I think the people on here have been really rude OP was just starting a discussion point she wasnt making herself out to be an expert I know alot of personal trainers and I have done PT course myself and there is very little in the course about nutrition it all focuses on the bones muscles and proper form legal issues etc…

Well done guys! See the weight on the scales isnt the most important thing its all the other benefits that matter. I hear ya about the heart burn i used to have mylanta and ant acid chews on hand at all times and now i barely need them at all, its now only when i eat spicy foods. It was every meal.

its taken me 6 months to loose 7.4 kilos and ive been exercising at least 4 -6 days a week, sometimes it does happen slowly but dont give up results will come and watch yr food as well make sure its all healthy and your in a calorie deficit at the end of the day
