Even though I am overweight I think I'd employ a slim person too. Only because I know how much I struggled at my last job because of my weight, and not being able to put in as much as a slimmer, fitter person. It's horrible to think and to say, but you'd be thinking of your business at the end of the day.

Never had an old man perv over me, but I had a young man with learning difficulties tell me once that I had a nice rack while I was on one of the weights machines. To this day I still don't know if he was talking about my breasts or weight selection! :laugh:

My average weights (total) are: Warm-up - 10kg Squats - 25kg Chest - 20kg Back - 20kg Triceps - 17kg bar, 5kg dumbbells for kick backs, 10kg plate for standing overhead extensions Biceps - 15kg Lunges - 25kg Shoulders - 5kg each dumbbells, 20kg bar Abs - 5-10kg plates or dumbbells

Well, I've never heard of ChaLEAN Extreme, but I love Body Pump! Been doing it about 2 years now and even being big I can see/feel the difference. Sorry if that's a little unspecific!

I'm going to be on holiday for 7 days of this between 14-21st March, but I'm willing to give it a go. Will use at least 30kgs on my bar at home, Body Pump style!

It's that dreaded time of the month for me and yesterday I ate over 1000 calories in chocolate alone. I still have a fab deficit for the week though, and I've exceeded all my exercise targets so I won't beat myself up about it and you shouldn't either!

Thanks for the welcome. :wink: Yes, that's very true about dieting not working. Learned that the hard way, many times! I will never again succumb to the pull of fad diets. It's veg, fruit, lean protein and complex carbs all the way for me!
