So today I tried the below: 5:30 am 1 egg 1 Ezekiel toast with 1 TB natural peanut butter 1 banana Coffee with creamer I lasted 1 hour longer till I was hungry - 9:30 am vs. 8:30 am. Now I'm snacking on about 24 almonds so hopefully I will feel more satisfied today.

My goal is 1440 calories a day to do the 0.5 per week loss to get to my goal. I will try to incorporate nuts thing more often .I struggle because the fat content at times, but they do help satisfy me longer. I've had the same problem because I really enjoy beer. I've found that Bud 55 is tasty, gets me that beer taste with only 55 calories. It has less alcohol content that other beers, but that helps with the calorie counting :)
