You'll have to open your food diary,

Love it! I needed to hear these today. =)

Thanks Scott! I've been trying to take it as easy as I can with two little ones. I'm sure you know all about that!!!

Thanks! Just really tender, but no sharp or intense pain now. Just worried the blood might be a sign of something more serious. Thanks guys

I'm dairy-free, and gluten-free (mostly, I've had my cheats). But i'm trying to establish enough without relying on dairy.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm almost to where I need to be weight wise, so i'm trying to plan ahead and get my macros to a steady intake that will maintain me and be healthy. MonteCarla, could you recommend a good site or book, that would allow me to read more about 80/10/10. I'd never heard of this before, so i'm…

Ok, i'm going to rant. . You eat practically no real food. Fast food isn't real food, prepackage food isn't real food, candy and diet soda isn't real food. You need to eat more meals, more often. Many days you don't seem to eat breakfast. Start there. Buy natural, actual food. Fruits, vegetables, grains, lean baked…

Thanks! Yeah, i'm going to try 40/20/40 for a bit. Really just because i have a hard time getting 30 protein. I don't want to change up what i'm doing too much because its working right now. When i start working out more i think i'll try raising my protein higher. I really appreciate the feedback!

I use Jarrow Formulas Brown Rice Protein. Love it! There is like two or three ingredients. Not gritty, not clumpy, no crap in it, no taste- so i can mix it in anything! Organic and awsome!

Ah! This is the information i needed to understand. Thank you for this!

Read my profile if you get a chance. I am eating a little bit of egg, i really want to avoid red meat. I am doing an allergy ellimination diet, and it appears that i am very allergic to beans. Boo. My diet was always BEANS BEANS BEANS before. This is why i have started eating fish and chicken more. I used to be vegetarian.…

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, i end up never really logging much exercise, because i don't really know how to classify it. =) So I mostly just eat enough calories to keep myself satisfied. I have been reexamning this as i go. Which is why i'm thinking i'll need to eventually up my carbs a little. Thanks so much!

Great, thanks for the advice. I see a lot of people trying to keep 10% fat, so i was just worried. The problem i come across when i try to increase protein (because my protein comes from almonds and salmon) my fat increases right along with it. So to try to get 20% prot, i end up with 40% fat. lol

I eat only whold food too. I don't have diabetis, so i don't worry with it. I don't crazy over do it either though. My advice would be just to avoid fruit juice. If you want juice, make veggie juices. I always go over on my sugar, i don't worry about it.

I might also add, i don't get a ton of strenuous exercise. I have a 1 yr old and a 3 yr old, and i work. So i'm up and on my feet moving and shaking from 7 am - 9 pm. I take walks a few times a week and go to yoga once a week. But the reality is, i'm just really busy. But on the plus side i'm never just lazing around. I'm…

I looked forever to find a normal/basic cereal. Rice Krispies Brown rice- Gluten Free. I think the only ing is brown rice. Love them if i'm in a hurry or need a late night snack. So many of the "health" cereals, still have tons of stuff (and calories). This is easy.

Would love additional support! I'll add you guys!

I love cereal. I buy brown rice/gluten free rice krispies, then add all the above suggestions people have given. I try to just eat it once or twice a week. The only ingred in them is brown rice and a super tiny bit of sugar (less than 1g per serving). This has been the healthiest 'boxed' cereal i've found. Love it.

Add me. Would love to share thoughts and ideas!

I eat all of these suggestions for snacks. They are super delish. But for me the key for all those bad sugar cravings is to get rid of any and all other non fruit/veg/natural sugars. If i go a few days without other stuff the sugar cravings stop, and fruit is more than enough to satisify me. If i get off track and have a…

Also try eating more healthy fats when you increase calories- almonds, avacados, salmon, ect. I hear that helps people through a plateau.

Someone posted this one day and i've been using it. Since i've upped my calories a little, i've been losing more weight. You might see what it suggests for you. http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

I love carbonated drinks. Years ago i switched to sparkling water, seltzer, or tonic water to fill the void. It will take some getting used to at first. But once you get used to going without the suger, the carbonation can really help soothe those soda cravings. That helps me get through it. Been drinking it for years now,…

I find lots of great ideas on allrecipies.com! Tonight i made Kale Chips. Totally to die for! And simple things like apple slices dipped in almond butter always satisfy my sweet tooth. Good luck to you!

I make a lot of soups. All the veggie varieties, lentil, split pea, tortilla. Just be careful with carbs. When i first went vegetarian i ate bananas, cereal, rice, breads and tortillias. I ended up gaining weight. Try to keep "clean eating" in mind. I wouldn't waste too much money on "meat replacement products" (like…
