Hi. I started as a size 12 with 40 inch midsection. So about the same as you. I weigh 170lbs. I just finished month 1. I lost no weight but 3 inches off my midsection trouble spot. So bring on month 2. Dig deeper and follow the nutrition plan for the best results.
