Wow - 40 lbs since January. It can seem so simple when you actually track calories and are mindful about portion control isn't it??

I definately don't think sugar in it's natural form found in God given whole foods is an issue. I agree with the others, the benefits (fiber) far outways the sugar.

Be careful. As a person with CD you need to realize that unlike peeps with gluten intolerance your body is being damaged. Your rate of intenstinal cancers increase 4 fold.

It will be tough to find a protein bar for less than that. Remember, it's almost a meal replacement so concentrate on the ingredients especially the sugar which is very high in most. I happen to love love love Steve's Original Paleo Krunch Granola Bar at 200 calories. With a cup of tea and the granola bar I'm full!
