I went though your food diary and some of your callories counts are off... (1 cup of home fries 20 callories). Also 1 or 2 gallons of water a day is too much water too much of anything is not good and it does have weight. I had to buy a belt to hold up my pants. No one has really noticed my weight loss so far and I'm not really feeling any diferent. It is taking me much longer then I expected to lose 20 lbs...but I will keep going...

I am adictted to Pepsi Max. I cannot go more then two days without it! For me it is harder to quit then smoking. My husband say's that's why I loose weight so slowly.

I only weigh myself once a week about the same time every week too...in the morning. If I weigh in more then that and do not see a weight loss I get upset and blow the whole day.

You should only weigh yourself once a week. After one week I lost 2 pounds. Last week only 1...I thought it would come off a lot quicker but it's not.

I shop at Aldi all the time. The prices are very good. I always buy frute and vegtibles there and the dairy is very good too. Not a fan of the meat unless it's chicken. You should check it out!
