I always used to say I'LL START ON MONDAY and then by Wednesday I'd loose the plot, so I'd start AGAIN on Monday LOL now that was when younger, I'm 55 now, and learnt...........don't wait to start.......just start and keep going!!! fall off the routine a bit? get back on as soon as

muscle is denser than fat, bit like feathers take up more room than concrete If you had a ton of concrete and a ton of feathers which weighs more?......they weigh the same BUT one is more compact and takes up less room than the other :)

If you;ve just started then that is normal, but remember, weight loss does slow down, so don't expect it every week x

No one got fat from eating too much fruit, just watch the grapes and the pineapples, that's the only ones that upset my weight loss, so I tend to limit those too, apart from that it won't be the fruit. x
