You're right, no one outright answered the question. I would move forward with the workout. You will get a chance to re-do today's workout more than a few times in the coming weeks they kind of rotate. So don't worry, you will get plenty of time to really get to know each video workout :)

I say stick with it but be sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Like he says in the videos if you compromise your form then take a short break. If you really want to do some of the beach body workouts check out the demos of them online first. I bought the Insanity and started it but had to stop because I was overweight and it has quite a bit of jumping causing a lot of pounding for your feet. I'm doing the workout again now nearly 60 pounds lighter and love it.…

Here is what I personally try to do. Plan my food intake for the calories I've allotted for the day. If I do get to work out, then enjoy an extra snack for whatever. I don't plan to have my added exercise calories in there because life does happen. I'm not saying to NOT schedule workouts, but as far as planning goes, I…

Sometimes the body can get used to what we are doing, trying changing things up a bit. Maybe try a new aerobic activity to shake things up a bit. Instead of walking or jogging, try Zumba or the bicycle. Keep encouraged and we are all here to support you :happy:

They now have it set up for 500, 800 or I think 1200 calorie in takes per day. Just not sure on how to cook some of the items on the list. :tongue:
