Advance stage Lung cancer Dx 2/12. No symptoms, No predisposition.

Exercise is the only way..Today I did 65 min on the tread mill and gained 764 calories to add to my 1284. Otherwise I would starve.

I forgot to say..Its also expensive and just getting more and more expensive. So Why not spend that money on fruits and Veggies.

I agree with you and I live in a rural farming town and its hard for me to watch people teach their kids to raise a cow or a pig from a baby like a pet and then slaughter it and eat it. I have a 12 year old daughter and we don't eat red meat.. We do eat chicken and fish. With so many wonderful free on line recipies than…
