When I started my journey back in 2010 I was 15 Stone 210lbs managed to lose 3stone went up and down for a couple of years started trying again this year loved another 2 stone I'm now 10 stone 10 150lbs would like to lose another 10 lbs will keep trying lol

I finished this a few weeks ago I struggled with week 5 but I carried on didn't bother repeating any just pushed on with I also found it easier when changed to running out door

I finished last week running at the same pace lol feels good though

Today I graduated the C25K ran 5k in 41 minutes so push on and get my running faster and push on with running 10k

I'm on week 7 of C25K this morning I ran 2.2 miles in 26 minutes I know it's slow but I'm new at running lol

So last Friday I did W5D3 with the 20 minutes running I only managed 14 minutes. Moved on to W6D1 did that OK. W6D2 I didn't manage to do the 2nd 10 minute run only did 6 minutes lol and I have using the treadmill at the gym. Today W6D3 decided to run on the street and I managed the 22 minutes of running so you could say…

Did week5 day 3 today only made it to 14 minutes but doesn't matter going to carry on to week 6

Just done week 5 day 2 this morning hard work but I did lol

5/6 at the gym, doing C25K Mon,Tue,Fri, I do weights every day, boot camps on Thursday and Saturday

I'm starting week 5 day 1 on Monday looking forward to it

Jogging on the spot, high knees, but kicks, jumping jacks to name a few

Just started week 4 day 1 C25K really starting to enjoy jogging lol

So this morning I went out at 7:30am UK time to start week 4 day 1 wasn't as hard as I thought it would be but I normally do it on a treadmill at the gym so I may of been jogging a little slower lol

I've changed it my routine from last week started doing my weights first then my 30 mins of cardio and maybe 10 mins of abs if I have time lol
