  • I have dessert every day! Dark chocolate, strawberry yogurt, sugar free jello. Last night I even had a 90 cal rice crispy treat. I am still losing weight, down from 165 to 139. You can't deprive yourself, as long as it fits into your calories. Go for it! :) Everything in moderation.

  • I second this! Spanish brown rice is soooo tasty, and the ingredients don't add too much calories. I like to fry my uncookded rice in a tbs of olive oil with white onion & 1 clove garlic, til really golden brown. Then I add my chicken broth & tomato sauce broth for the liquid. Delicious!
  • I too live in Mexico, a small town outside of Monterrey, NL. Where do you live? The only greek yogurt I have found is made by Nestle, it is at HEB & Mi Tienda. You might also check Walmart. It's like 160 calories a serving, in strawberry, natural, and honey flavor.
