I don't know if it was the medication but as soon as I started taking Zoloft, I gained weight quickly but it also could have been before I started taking it I had so much anxiety I couldn't eat or I was never hungry.

I had someone send me a message and she told me how to calculate my BMR and I was 500 calories off from what MFP calculated for me! Does anyone think 1800 calories a day is too high for me?

When I was doing WW, I got down to 199 and started school and stopped eating like I should and I shot back to 210 quickly! But I was able to stay at 210 for a while and then realized how much I had gained back and just didn't take care of my self like I should have... But you do have a good point!

I changed my goals and it increased my calories to 1490. Does that sound about right? This is the first time i have counted calories so I kinda feel like I'm a bit over my head!

I actually have a set of measuring cups and spoons just for measuring my food and I also have a food scale! Something weight watchers beat into my head!

My goal is to lose 2 lbs a week. I take my daughter to daycare at 8 am every day and head to the gym and i am usually there for about an hour and a half depending on how bad my foot is hurting. (My right foot is fractured near the pinky toe)

I changed my goals and it changed my calorie goal for the day to 1490. I have noticed that I have been measuring my food I get full faster. Should I be having lots of small meals? I feel like I am in over my head. I was on weight watchers for 8 months (jan-aug) last year and lost 34 pounds and I gained 20 of it back.

I also want to add that I feel like I am retaining an unreal amount of water. I drink about 80 oz a day and still feel like I am carrying around all 80 ounces every day all day!

I am 5'10 223.6 24 years old and Not sure on the BMI! My calorie goal set by MFP is 1310 I believe.
