Thanks. It’s a bit vague though as it doesn’t account for how much time you’re actually lifting or the weight that you’re lifting. Just log 60 mins??? That’s approx my session time in the gym.....

Went to pick up a sports bra and they didn't have an XL, so I took an L totally expecting to have to return it..... it fits! I've never bought anything in my life that was an L :noway:

I would agree too. Exercise doesn't have too be running around your neighbours like a bat out of h*ll. :wink: I would start up by walking too and build up by trying to get your walk done quicker by picking up pace or try to walker further in the time that you have spare. I've probably done what a lot of people have. I haven't really cut down on anything specifically. Just had what I wanted and counted calories religiously..... I so think everyone is different though and you should do whatever you think will work for you as you're more likely to stick with something that you actually want…
