I'm 5'1 and would like to get down to 115-120 but I'm quite muscular so 125 may be the realistic weight. I am also just returning to MFP after some time off and frustration. Feel free to add me as well. I could also benefit from the support! Shannon

How ironic...I just did this very thing! It's storming here and I'm working from home today so couldn't use the gym at work. I usually look up the restaurant online before I go out and look at their menu. I find that when I'm in the restaurant I'm tempted more with all the great smells in the restaurant to pick something that isn't the best for me than when I'm at home. Hey! Check out the pub menu online before you go. You can have a peak and see what they have and perhaps make a healthy choice before you get there. That way, you don't have to open the menu when you're there an be tempted by other dishes (when the temptation is there). :)
