VSG 4/14/14. Age 53, HW376, LW201, CW216. Have gained 16 pounds since lowest weight. Never seen Onederland, but really want to. Feel you for sure. Been in this same rut myself lately. Sleeved 4/14/14 so we are nearly the same dates. I too am down 130 and fighting a 5 pound tigger tail. I poach chicken breasts in the IP and use it for everything all week. I also do my hard boiled eggs in my IP 5 minutes pressure, 5 minutes NR, 5 minutes in cold bath, perfect every time. If you facebook, you can also find IP recipes and groups. I am part of 3 on there. I use mine for everything, I got rid of my steamer, crock pot and rice maker. Since this does all of those and I have extra room in my tiny kitchen now. Have fun with yours

I have been doing Water aerobics 5 nights a week for 6 weeks now and started walking 2 miles a day at lunch and Doing the Rockin Body video for an hour each day Saturday and Sunday.
