As a lifelong sugar addict, I can tell you to cold turkey it and eliminate all know sugar from your diet. After 4 days, you won't crave it at all. Add fat and protein. Good Luck.

I have been on WW before and I know what you're referring to, but I log EVERYTHING here. I also set my carbs, sugar, protein and fats the way I want it. I pay less attention to the calories. Good luck.

I agree with you completely. Eating very low carb keeps me from having cravings. I eat to live when I curb the carbs. Adding many carbs at all, especially in the form of anything white, will set me off. I liken it to the way an alcoholic "goes off" with only one drink. That's me.
