If you are going by then goal on MFP, no big deal. You should really be eating about 1g of protein per lb of lean body mass. So unless you've customized your macros, you're probably not even close to "over". Also, as long as your calories are in a deficit nothing will be stored as fat. So no worries!

I know that this isn't really an answer to your question but I add fruit to my salads and that eliminated my need for dressing. It provides enough flavor and sweetness that it works :)

I do find fiber to really help with my loss and "keep the plumbing in order". I get a lot in quest bars and also fruits and veggies :) I don't advocate quest bars in place of "real food"....but they really help.

I lift 3xs a week but more if I am able. I do total body each time instead of focusing on muscle groups. Not sure if it's right or wrong- just my thing.

I don't see anything wrong with it. It's good to eat a yolk now and again as it helps increase Leptin levels (the chemical that helps us feel full).

I never said that it was. IIFYM literally means eat what you want as long as it's within your macros. That's why I said it's about how you choose to fill your calories. I do not need an education on this. That's why I said "You can eat cleaner or more IIFYM foods" meaning broader and more variety. Chill bro.
