Ah thanks! I've definitely have a problem with binge eating. Usually I'm super good but I think I deprive myself too much from what I am use to. Then again I only ate horrible things... Nothing nutritionally good for me.

I'm on my second week of it and love it! I wish the nutrition guide had recipes like the original one... Although in the long run it's better switch up the foods but I just can't think for myself when it comes to meals...

Eating out is a tough one for sure! I work in the industry, so I used to go out for drinks/food almost every night. My best advice to you eat a healthy meal before you go out! I have a Polar FT7 and I use to only when I work out. It tells me how many calories I have burned and if my heart rate is in the "fat-burning zone". It's a great tool for weight loss success! I would get one... but wouldn't wear it all the time.

I know how it is.... I usually overindulge. What i've started to do is always eat a healthy meal before I go out... always have water with my drink. If I do get hungry at night, I reach for almonds or veggies.
