it is typical that you have lighter TOM's and they can be at different times also. I noticed the first month I was really putting in exercise time, mine was late. I'm hoping it starts to get lighter too! Will let you know as the visit is coming any day now!!

gotcha on those cravings....think we all have them...all in moderation. I really like a good old fashioned fudge pop. that's great! I started walking about a month ago and didn't realize that I was starting to walk my miles a lot more quickly...and even sprinting up a few hills! Feels great!

I actually felt that exact same way today! I think it may have to do with TOM also though. Just a lack of energy and motivation. They say the best thing to do is exercise when you feel this way so I'm going to try to push myself after work today and burn some of that cruddy feeling away!

I would count it. Not something that you do every day. Don't know how you will count it. Guess try to figure the amount of time you are doing heavy lifting, painting, etc. It's a guess...that way you can log some calories burned and also have some that will be bonus!

I want to be able to wear my sports bra as my work out clothes. without wearing my sports bra and putting a t-shirt over it! and then...putting a before and after pic up!

you lost over 100 pounds so you know you are doing something really right!!!! do you feel starving? I notice on more active days I'm a bit more hungry so I grab an extra apple. Make sure you drink a lot of water also. I notice when i don't keep hydrated, I feel tired as well. Keep on keeping on though...inspiration to me!!

yes please post! I'm sticking with 1200 calories and working out atleast 5 times a week and maintaining about 2 pounds lost a week. I'm afraid to loose more a week in fear I will loose it back and want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Would love to see what you are doing though!!

I just think of it as extra calories burned and don't log. Unless you have a marathon day! lol. I'll let ya know...plan on using that as my exercise this weekend :)

good luck! you can do it! I am actually getting married in May so trying to loose before then. My fiance just started a new job so we will probably put off our honeymoon as well which will help me keep going! good luck on your journey and glad you have each others support!

I will sometimes put salad dressing on it instead. Can change up the tastes all together. Today I actually brought for lunch tuna with asain sesame dressing. :)

I was a little discouraged myself this morning as I got on the scale and it was almost 2 pounds up! I know I was good this week and got 5 workouts in so I wasn't too hard on myself. Have to just keep pushing through. Instead of grabbing something bad for me, I'm drinking more water today and flushing those pounds away.…

I had the same pain once. it ended up being a pinched nerve. Couldn't move. The doc gave me a neck brace, but I was in a lot of pain for a few days and then it just went away. Actually went to a concert and sat there all stiff...not wanting to move. Feel better!!

I actually really like the Weight Watchers whole grain bread. It's 100 calories for 2 slices and it tastes pretty good!

I'm curious to see what people say as well. I usually only have 1 packet a day with my coffee. I still feel it's better than real sugar calorie wise, but wonder if there are other bad things. I also will sometimes use pure via which is said to be an all natural sugar substitute.

Everyone has bad days. The key is to start fresh the next day. It is not easy...it's definitly a journey. The cool thing is...if you have a bad day, you can log on the next day and get a fresh start.
