I'm in the healthcare field and work with the elderly every day. Very rare to see older people with tattoos. Could be different generations or people that have tats tend to not live as long. That being said, ...I have 6 :)

I am blonde though and an old soul hippie so I do stupid stuff all the time. Like start my car...lock the doors and run in the house to get my water bottle. Yup, that's right. Was able to pull the old hanger trick on it nicely though :)

I have just started watching my calories first and eating more healthy. I do not go under 1200 a day and have lost almost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. There is an older woman at my doctor's office that just cut portions and did not exercise and lost ALOT of weight. So, yes, you can lose, but I know I feel better when I exercise…

I'm no doctor or anything, but if the belly area is the main place you need to loose, maybe try exercising focusing on that? Do sit ups, and crunches, or exercises that use all the muscles like kettlebell workouts. Good Luck!

personally though...now that I think of it...I do the kettleworx workout and my body needs the day off to repair my muscles! :)

the kettleworx is great! I got them last week with the vidoes. I have done the 10 minute fast burns and also started the cardio this week. You can definitly feel the burn! I feel it all in my legs, arms and back, but it's terrific!

as long as you are up and moving, it doesn't matter! :) Today I'm going to walk and give a spring cleaning to some of the roads around here and pick up trash. As long as you are moving, you can do whatever you feel comfortable with! :wink:

I had asked this before also! :) My BMR says 1470 but then when I calculated my calories it said I should eat 1200 a day. I'm still confused so just try to stick around the 1200 calorie mark.

I weigh in one time a week in the morning after being up a bit. I think they recommend about once a week at the same time for more accurate readings. Good luck!

I did find a calculator that told me to maintain my current weight it would be about 1940 calories a day. so it is all making sense to me! lol. I thought orginally that I would have to eat less than the BMR suggested so that's why I was confused. I stay…
