I finished w1d1 yesterday and today I am a little sore, but not as bad as I thought I would be. My arms hurt the most from doing pushups! And I definitely agree that the first circuit seems to be the most difficult.

Haha I have the same problem with the squat thrusts. I can't believe that using 3 pound weights make my arms hurt that much for that one exercise! Just means that I need to do more strength I guess

Woo Hoo! Great job hitting those goals! And thank you for the extra minutes. Of course the week after the challenge ends happens to be the week that I am on vacation, oh well. This was a lot of fun and I can't wait until October!

Hey, I am doing alright. It has finally been nice out. It hit 50 degrees this week for the first time since at least November, which is awesome. I finally have gotten out for walks with this nice weather!

Thanks! I was doing good at the start of the week then I came down with a horrible cold. The type of cold that makes your entire body ache, dizzy, and I just felt like I was going to pass out. I'm starting to feel better though!

Hey everybody, I just started the 30DS up again. Day 1 level 1 complete for the most part. It gets hard when you have a 15 month old baby who wants you to pick her up the whole time haha. Going to really try and stick with it this time!

Hey everybody, I am still here I have just had a few crazy busy weeks between work and school. Hopefully for the next two weeks everything will have calmed down so I can get back in the groove. I was down about 5 lbs but I have gained them all back with the stress I have been in. :grumble: Time to really kick it into gear…

I'm still here, I am having a crazy busy week between school and work. Everything seems to be due this week for my classes :noway: hopefully next week will be more calm so I can make up for the past 2 weeks. We also got a huge snowstorm here and got almost 2 feet of snow:sad: Hope everybody else is having a better week!
