Hello all, I have done 2 days Insanity so far and to be honest it shocked me how hard it was. Does everyone else just do it at their own pace and take breaks when needed as I was struggling along and having to take regular breathers. Hi Mel, I am on day 2 of Insanity too. Add me as a friend. I just did my plyometric cardio workout - so hard!!! Feel good to have finished though.

Just did the plyometric cardio circuit - jesus it was hard. Was it just me or did anyone else need to take quite a lot of breaks too? My HRM said I have burned 600 calories at the end though, so happy with that.

Just did the fit test and was amazed how hard it was! But, its done now so onwards and upwards. Looking forward to getting a couple of weeks under my belt and hoping to see some results.

OK here is where my confusion is coming from - I had my Gaspari protein shake yesterday and the numbers are below. Calories 300 / Carbs 18 / Fat 4 / Protein 48 So the carbs, fat and protein only make up 70 of the 300 calories. What are the rest of the calories made up of? And how can I have a calorie intake of 40, 40, 20…
