I typically simply eat a Quest bar and a Dannon Lite & Fit Greek yogurt every morning. It's a quick way to get some protein and fiber without having to really think about it.

Wow - sounds like we all have the same story. I lost 87 lbs on MFP during 2013 and gained back over 60 during 2014. So I'm back on the MFP program and planning on this being the LAST do-over. Done with do-overs! Everyone is welcome to add me! :)
