I did the exact same thing! I lost about 45 pounds and was feeling GREAT! So I went out and enjoyed myself...a lot... and here I am again :sad: determined to look like my profile picture again! We can do it :happy:

I HIGHLY reccoemnd kicking the sugary shakes to the curb and replacing with a chicken breast, or greek yogurt, you need to up your protein and lower your sugar :)

This has been my problem too! I got so close to my goal and then went ot and partied and ate crap on the weekends :( I'm ready to reach my freaking goals already! you can do it girl!

I'm 5'9 and started at 198 and am 163 currently with a goal of 145-150 and really toned with curves :)

Add lots of friends to help motivate you, make your diary open to your friends to view to keep you accountable, and remember we all have "off" days or mess up, its just so important to not let it ruin your progress and you can start fresh the next day :)
