Hi small goals is the key, I have lost 2 stone through this app but unfortunately stopped using it when I hurt my back. Now put it all on plus another stone :( Good luck to you and treat yourself to something (not food lol) when you hit each milestone x

Thank you for your reply and well done you x I have no real plan as I cant follow plans as never like the food but I am going to try sensible choices and healthy options. Not being able to exercise is a big problem for me as last time i lost I was able to do healthy fast walking. I want to do this again but until I lose…

Enough was enough for me when my daughter mentioned me resting my tea on my shelf under my boobs lol. I hated the feeling of my arms resting on rolls and my belly sticking out further than my boobs. After 4 weeks my shelf has reduced a lot and I feel so much better already x

I started trying to lose 2lb a week and found this a bit unrealistic. I am aiming for 1.5 now and it is much easier to do. 1200 calories is very hard to deal with. Good luck x

Take advice and go easy. I am antibiotics that I am stopping today as allergic to them. Exercise for me is not happening too much at moment till I feel better x Good luck

Hi I have decided to try again as my weight is now more than it was at 9 months pregnant. I really need to act now as I am 42 and weigh 16st 3. Do find it hard and always have but need to try x
