I feel that they are only fooling themselves it is just a bad habit and will never go away if they dont really learn the better foods for themselves. Like someone said its not going to melt off unless U yourself keep it off by not cheating

This is me in the blue pants and my sis next to me, we were in the big windy city on a day trip had a great time but now I see how much weight I have to loose. I jsut didnt see myself as that big until I saw the picture. I have a ways to go but with the support of my friends I hope to lose at least 50 by june or July.
