I have been awful lately even to the point of losing my run of 185 days logging in im now back down to five days. Anyway i have been maintaining def not losing so am back with renewed motivation for the last few weeks would love to hit 150 by christmas but not sure i will.

sorry IU havent posted for a while all .. I haven't had internet and a computer to get onto the message boards with !! nice to see everybody is doing well, not long until christmas now so KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !! i had a week off last week as it was my other halfs birthday, and was suprised to have only gained 1lb which I thought was great considering how much I ate !
Challenge for the week ahead : aim to burn AT LEAST 200 cals a day !! and remember to log it all
