    ok ok, so from now on the board will be open for everyone to communicate and boost each other along. This can be SO helpful and I find that having more people telling me how well I am doing really helps to give me that extra boost :).

    Okay, no problem. I drink 8-10 glasses a day anyway and I motivate some ladies in FB group I am in to do the same. So I accept the challenge.

    So far behind. I am catching up now. I am good on my water for the week so far. I would love all the help I can get my last 12 lbs lost was a struggle and Actually I am up now. (Lots of bad weekend eating) But for some reason I seem to lose well in the winter so I am pushing forward. Keep up the good work everyone!
