Okay, no problem. I drink 8-10 glasses a day anyway and I motivate some ladies in FB group I am in to do the same. So I accept the challenge.0 -
Hey everyone! All of you are so encouraging to me. If we are not friends already, feel free to add me so that we can continue to encourage each other. It makes a huge difference to me. I love how supportive everyone is of one another. We can do this! Oh, I really like the idea of the challenge... most days I don't bother to log my water... but now I will! So far behind. I am catching up now. I am good on my water for the week so far. I would love all the help I can get my last 12 lbs lost was a struggle and Actually I am up now. (Lots of bad weekend eating) But for some reason I seem to lose well in the winter so I am pushing forward. Keep up the good work everyone!
