Thanks guys. Sounds advice from all. Small goals have worked for me so far :) But I think I enjoy the idea of getting to 145 and then siting and seeing how I feel and then decide if should drop more, or stay. I hope the answer is more clear as I move in on that goal!!

I split it up. Say I run for my life for 1 minute, and then walk fast (my little rest period) for 2 minutes, and I do 12 rounds. I log it as 12 min of running, fast. And 24 minutes of walking, fast. Ha Ha, I have egg whites only and use the yolks for other things. NOTHING gets waisted here. I have seemed to end up having less of a taste for the yolk in the past year or so. Not sure why, but I only eat what Ilike. Its a good thing I live with all men who eat any foods I hrow at them.

I have seen extra weight effect the period. My friend had the most weird schedualed period and it was never"normal" for her. So, after talking to her doc and getting below 175lbs it all worked itself out for her. But yes, check with the docs to make sure it is not something else. Good luck

I could not agree more! Except I still have to much snow to run or walk with grace through my trails. I can still snow shoe through them though. I can not wait for the warm air to kick in. I live next to thousands of acrea conservation land. But my garden and pool take up most of my time in the Summer. LOLK
