  • I go straight to gym from my office everyday. Tonight is 15 min cardio warm up, followed by strength training session with my trainer and then another 30 min cardio to follow.
  • I would recommend strength training with a certified trainer. Add that to your daily cardio you will see the most changes in body shape. Maybe not weight loss but you probably care more about appearance anyway.
