Go to totallytarget.com and take advantage of the deals they have. Stock up when you can. I have been doing it for a month and I have 6 months worth of cereal, pasta, sauce, vitamin water, pizza, and other misc and have not spent any extra money this month.

I blame the night eating for my current plateau. I just started to completely cut myself off at 6PM. We will see if it helps. As for the weekends, I have always just allowed myself to eat what I want on the weekends. I do try to limit my portions, but it is usually eat healthy food that is considered not very healthy.

I am also a runner who bloomed late in life. I checked a 5K and a 10K off my list last summer and worked myself up to 10-12 miles on my long run days and 5-6 miles on my shorter days. I want to run a half marathon this summer. I am waiting for spring to start training again.

Thanks. I think I did the opposite as you. I quit training for a half marathon and started doing kickboxing. I live in MN and can't stand running on a treadmill, so I decided to switch to indoor exercises for the winter. Maybe I will start losing again in the spring when I can run outdoors again.

I eat. (normally about 2000 cals a day) I just joined MFP today, but I have lost 79 pounds so far and have 16 to my goal.
