Core is usually yoga or pilates and the moves that are geared more towards abs/back. I usually do 45 minutes to an hour.

I called myself that for awhile. I was a size 3/4, but had a 26% body fat. It was not meant to be insulting, it was just a term I used to describe myself while working at lowering my body fat.

I just do the HIIT routines as add ons to other workouts and have seen results.

I am more active now. I do my workouts, but when I am done, I do not sit on the couch and watch tv. I am much more active throughout the day. I walk places, hike, play football with the kids. I am just very different from the person I used to be.

I eat a lot of dairy and I have lost about 85 pounds. I use dairy as one of my protein sources and lift weights in addition to cardio. Greek Yogurt and cottage cheese have been great for losing weight.
