  • People typically think I'm 18 or 19, some even think I'm still in high school. Bleh. I'm only 23, almost 24, but I don't want people to think I'm 18 anymore.
  • Thank you! I did it that way just so I can see it all at once! Support is always nice, means a lot.

  • ^^^^^^ That. I've always been interested, but that does it for me. Nothing is worth anal leakage or oily gassy stools that you may not have control over. I'd rather just do it without and aid and let the process take longer.

  • I have 5 lbs until I hit 150. That's my first goal. I'm fairly short, not quite 5'3'. Eventaully I would like to get down to 140, so really I'm about 15 lbs away. Does that make a difference? I agree with not adding it all at once. Shold I add 100 calories this month and then add another the following, or like every 2…

  • 1. Do you think these infomercials/commercials are intentionally trying to make you feel bad about your looks and bodies? Yupp. In some instances I don't think women think they have a certain flaw until a commercial or whatever has a fix for it. Then it gets in their head. 2. When you see these commercial, do you laugh,…
  • This sounds good. Love that it starts June 1st, right after my May challege. I have our Christmas card picture on my dresser and I just look awful. It would be nice to love the new Christmas card!
  • Uhhhh I'd be ecstatic.
  • Keep an eye out, they'll all start popping up. I did started one last month and if one hasn't been started by tonight I plan on starting another.
  • I'm no help when it comes to low sodium, however if you don't have a medical reason for sugars it's fine. I stopped tracking my sugars since I was always over because I love fruit! Most days I would be 2x over by noon with just an apple and orange or something.
  • Wish I would have thought about that! I promised myself $5 for every pound loss to buy new clothes later. The $1/workout would have been so much better.
  • I did this abut 2 weeks ago. I love it. I have it setting right in my kitchen. It feels amazing every Friday when I get to move marbles over. Whats more exciting is to see the pounds to go pile get smaller and small! I'd reccomend this to anyone.
  • Excited!

  • I don't see the challege, but starting May 1st I'm going to start incorporating 2 Zumba classes a week at my gym. I'm super excited.
  • <Woot, woot. Those Steelers! Central PA.
  • What time of the day did you weigh? Typically people will weigh may if they weigh themselves mid day vs first thing in the morning. What are you doing at the gym? If you're doing any sort of weights it may be that. Now, I'm not saying you put on muscle that fast. Me personally, I tend to weigh more the day after I do any…
  • Yeah, yeah. I stick by my team
