I've only got half a stone to go to goal, but I will continue to weigh myself every week. That wasy, if I do gain a couple of lbs, the following week I will make sure I lose it again! I also do 5:2, so have 2 low cal days and 5 normal!

OH and I joined the gym. I do gym on Wednesday, but Monday and Friday I do an aerobics class. Although I am still not good at the moves, the teacher and classmates are a real laugh, so it gets me away from OH for a while (we are both retired) and helps keep me fit.
