Headed out for my bday dinner tonight- I had a lighter lunch after my workout that was protein heavy. Looked at the restaurant’s menu ahead of time. REALLY REALLY want a margarita. I’ve noticed that the more fiber I get, in addition to the water I drink, I feel way fuller. I had a snack of avocado toast, mini bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and a stalk of celery and I was ridiculously full. I’ve noted that to be my “go-to” if I’m famished.

OH! Also keeping up with water- 1 gallon a day. Easier than it sounds- and I typically hate drinking water!
