You look like a totally different guy! Good job!!
-
Congratulations to you on a fantastic job!

OP im sorry you’re going through this. Life can be just miserable with stomach issues. I hope you can figure out a way to alleviate your symptoms and live a more comfortable life.

I haven’t done FODMAP but I’ve learned what my “trigger” foods are and try to stay away from them. I have personally found that stress and anxiety management (relaxation techniques, taking “me” time, knitting, quitting Facebook, avoiding toxic people, cleaning the house, counseling) have lessened my IBS symptoms…

I’d rather be cold than a sweaty beast!

Hot wings. I almost lost my mind lol
-
Yay congratulations! That’s a great feeling!

I keep bars of Godiva chocolates in my top drawer- I just eat a square every now and again. I’ve found I have to give in a little so I don’t go on a crazy binge

Definitely log it all, but also make sure you track your steps. You can still enjoy but logging might help make you more mindful. Then when it’s over you won’t be guessing how much damage you actually did, because your mind is what’s gonna mess you up the most. Log it so you have the data

My favorite city too!! Really, the food and drink shouldn’t be missed. Maybe up your exercise and just mind your portions- eat until you’re 80% full. Have fun!!! Tell NOLA I said I miss her!

Avoidance! I have to avoid the whole situation until I have grasped better control.

Mine are ALSO the first thing to go
-
Yes! Exactly this!

Thanks for your replies. I put on a show I like, rowed for 15 mins, then felt motivated to keep going and did another 35 mins of calisthenics (alternating jumping jacks, push-ups, crunches, burpees, and lunges from 50 down to 5) I’m pooped and deserving of those roots now!! Thanks again for replying

I don’t really mind the workouts- but I don’t really enjoy working out at all lol...I had a sick kid a few days ago so I think I’m still just mentally exhausted from that- sometimes I get home and sit too long and grow “roots” and don’t want to get up. I think I’m going to watch an episode of something and at least just…

Hey “wooers” and haters! I’ve lost 10 lbs since my initial post here and am feeling fantastic and going strong! I’ve lost six inches total all around my body. Just thought I’d let you know! Thanks for the extra motivation

Once I meet my 145lb milestone-(only 6lbs to go, yay!) I’m going to get some nice new workout clothes and sport bras. I’m currently sporting old ugly sweats and my husband’s old t shirts
-
Mainly just to see how hard I’m actually working during my workouts. Thank you for the information!

I like Revenge Body’s trainer Corey. He’s super intense and no-nonsense... the guy is shredded too, easy on the eyes :)
-
I’m looking to drop 25-30 myself- I’ll be your friend! I’m 5’5” 155 lbs
-
Ditto on the chocolate chip cookies. They’re my kryptonite
-
Today I had a sweet tooth and did a piece of whole grain toast with some no sugar peanut butter and 1tsp of honey. Helped that craving and got a tad of protein and fiber out of it
-
I’ll be your friend!
-
Lol! 40/30/30. Good eye.

https://kellymom.com/nutrition/mothers-diet/mom-calories-fluids/ This website was a really great resource when I was nursing. Good luck!
-
50! Wow! That’s really amazing. What was your calorie goal then?
-
That is fantastic! I wish you the best on the rest of your journey- very inspiring

I just based it on experience and how I’ve felt in the past. I don’t think I could swing 1200 with my workout routine. I know 1490 is a weird number- it probably should just be 1500

Chicken chili sounds so good. Feta & eggs so great too. Mushrooms on EVERYTHING!
