I am 5'3" but I lift all day long at work which I think keeps my core pretty well toned. I also have a fairly low bf % for my wight and height. I appreciate all the positive feedback though it really helps.

Started a vegan diet this week and am loving it. No cravings what so ever. My biggest enemy was cheese and baked goods. Vegan ism has made those difficult to come by. I ate food all week and then on Father's Day I binged on jack in the box at like 11 pm. I felt terrible the next day and hated myself. I am doing better this week and hope I can keep it together. I am fitting into my little sisters clothes. I dropped 3 sizes and am excited to look in the mirror befor leaving the house. I can do a plank for a whole minute.
