And remember that one pound is the equivalent to 3500 calories. If you look at it that way your burning off that much extra per week! And that's awesome! Remembering that helps me to keep it in perspective.

I agree with everyone that on lbs/week is great loss for your weight. The more you have to lose the easier it comes off. Just a thought though... only getting 6 1/2 hours of sleep a night might be impacting you as well. Getting enough sleep is one of the main factors for loosing weight.
