Becca:20 Binge: 7 Ate a lot over on Sunday, but did not go into Binge mentality, even when I started drinking. It helped that I was too hungover to eat anything on Monday.

Becca: 14 Binge: 7 I did go way over calories both of the past two days (friend was in town for a Fleetwood Mac concert and we drank a lot and ate out), but only one of those days did I actually give in to the binge mentality. However, I still am now feeling great about those numbers :(
