Starting to get a little anxious about Mother's Day. We will be going to a BIG hotel brunch and I know I'm going to overdo it. Trying to eat a little less the rest of the week and Saturday so I can have a few dessert items. I normally would never binge in front of other people but they will all be eating too much to notice what I do.0 -

Could have gone 8-0, but I knew my dinner was going to be bad, so I made sure to hit the gym and watch what I ate during the day. Wasn't the best day, but at least I was under MFP calories0 -

SO proud of myself today, I feel like I've had a real break through day. I've managed to;
Eat when I was hungry
Stop when I was full (this is new for me)
Enjoying every mouthful slowly, consciously & without guilt
Leave food on my plate
And here's the biggest one - I had a bowl of trigger food (you'll never guess what that was ) as a planned, within calorie allowance treat and I stopped half way through it, realised u was full & put it back in the fridge for tomorrow. This is HUGE for me.0 -

Haven't been doing well recently. I think the logging is kicking in and I'm not living normally. Not huge binges, but still this weird anxiety to eat EVERYTHING..and then feel horribly sick afterwards and can't accomplish any task. Luckily I've still been working out, but I need a change. **Has not logging worked for anyone?0 -

Well, not logging is good for some people... it can get them out of the diet mentality... for me I secretly eat more and bigger portions when I allow myself to not log... and sometimes it just turns to a binge regardless. =I Idunno, try it for yourself and see how it works for you personally! Eh.... I had binge/overeating episodes for 5 days straight!!! It's terrible. I don't even know my triggers right now except for one bad day spiraled into many.

Yep, I can certainly relate to that.
Visits to my mum always involve meals out as she does not like cooking these days after decades cooking for her family.0 -

Overate..hard to draw the line sometimes. I overate in a bingy sort of way...but not full blown. The mind set was lurking there, and i knew it was. Still I give myself the point for stopping before it got messy,
