I made pumpkin muffins that were delicious! One box of Classic White Cake Mix and one large can of pumpkin pie filling. Mix the two together, do not add the egg, oil, or anything the cake mix calls for, just the dry mix and the pumpkin. Makes 18-24 muffins.

You burn calories just breathing and doing every day activities. You do not want to burn everything you eat because then you will be starving. The way I always see is that you should eat TDEE- 20%. Look for the road map that people often get referred to, that should help you figure out what you're supposed to eat. I eat based on what my dietician and my doctor have planned for me, so I am of no help there.

If you search through the topics, there was one yesterday about loose skin. You should be able to find the answers (and sarcasm) there. I personally am not worried about it, because I'd rather be healthy with loose skin than unhealthy and fat. :)
