My starting weight is 145 lbs, I'd like to be down to 135 in 5 weeks. My inspiration stems from looking back at last summers photos when I was my goal weight :( My pitfalls are getting so busy from work and school that I depend on fast food. That I feel like I get too busy to fit in exercise.

I feel the same way. Been doing cardio and p90x for 10 weeks and lost 7 lbs overall but haven't lost anything in 4 weeks! I was hoping to be down at least 15 lbs by now. I feel like giving up. I guess i'll jeep going cause my husbands doing great but I feel so horrible right now. I need motivation too :frown:

I had that happen to me too the first time I got it I was 5 lbs heavier than with my previous scale. I think we must have the exact same one. To tell you the truth I'm about to through it out the window or simply blow it up! I hate it and I'm gonna need to look for a new one soon. One week it told me I had dropped 3lbs.…

Seriously 34 % body fat? You must have bad vision and / or guesstimating skills... I'm still a newbie but assuming she has 33 lbs of fat to lose is beyond ridiculous.
