I tried the websites you provided and my calories burned are not off. I'm burning a little over 1250 per workout based on the info I had to put in :-/ I like that site. I'm going to use it more often. Thanks for the reference.

well I have lost 23lbs so far since 2/20/2013 so all is not wrong. this journey is just a constant battle. I'm definitely going to check out the website though :-)

usually treadmill, ellipitcal, stair master, sometimes bicycling on the beach, hiking, cycling classes, or step classes...not all at the same time but I mix it up.

i thought about that too to be honest. my typical workout consist of 30 mins treadmill walking on a high incline at a moderate speed, eliptical for 25 mins, and stair machine for 25 mins. not too intense but I work my *kitten* off. however I do think I am eating too little. I REALLY DON'T BELIEVE THAT IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. SOMEONE CAN BURN 500-600 CALORIES IN 1 CYCLING CLASS (AT LEAST THE ONES I GO TO).
