  • i'm doing the 30 day shred to :) i'm on day 3 at the moment. but i'm going to start doing Zumba in the morning and the 30day shred at night :) and i count my calories using the MFP food diary :) i'm doing pretty good at the moment :)
  • i've heard that sometime it can take a few weeks for result to show. maybe you've put on muscle but have lost alot of fat. have you measured yourself?
  • to lose weight healthy just make sure you lose no more than 2KG a week.
  • i love the abs one, its heaps good! i like Cardio party because i know i can finish it haha, i havent really done strength and tone much. i think i will do it twice a day because i dont do much during the day so working out twice would be good for me :) well i'm definately gunna have to give it a go then :)

  • no she's definately eating enough, but she eats healthy, ofcourse not all the time she'll occasionally snack but thats eat. i've told her to go to the doctors, i just hope she goes. i'm worried.
  • i've got the 30DS now, which is such a good workout, but i want to get Burn Fat, Boost Metobolism + Yoga Meltdown, and then do them all on different days and occasionally two on the same day :)
  • that would be good for me i only have 16kg to lose (35lb) and if i could lose 4kg (9lbs) from that workout it would put me a quarter way to my goal :)

  • i'm doing the 30DS now :) i love it, but i'm in so much pain! when does the pain stop? haha. i'm only on my third day but i can feel myself getting healthy, i can already go through the cardio parts without giving up from not being able to breath haha.
  • First of all you can't lose weight in only those area's, which is called spot reducing. so you would need cardio, and then focus on strength exercises that focus on your legs and stomach, like crunches + squats. go to fitnessmagazine.com they have heaps of cardio + strength workouts. hope this helps :)

  • Google 'exercises for back injuries' there'd be heaps of stuff. try pilates for toning, it was originally created for athletes who had injuries.
  • i reckon the reason that people are doing so good with MFP is because everything you do goes on a news feed so you want people to see that you are under your calorie goal and that you are exercising and everything. its VERY motivating! :)
