  • i'm pretty sure i weigh about 70.5 kg :) so i lost nearlly 2kg :) which was my goal :)
  • my height in 174cm... not sure how many ft & inch. i dont want to lose too much in one week because i dont want to go to the extremes to lose weight. also, im sorry if i get off track abit because i am going through a stressfull time and weightloss is the last thing on my mind at the moment haha,.
  • i was doing well until today, i had a big mac meal (naughty i know, but i hadn't had one for a month) sadly that one meal cost me a whole days worth of calories! :( lesson learned.
  • it's nearlly Sunday :) is it just me or is this week taking FOREVER! haha. so how is everyone going? i sadly haven't got much exercise in this week but i have kept to my calorie goals (most days :P ) so how is everyone going? xx
  • i can't wait to quit facebook. my boyfriend recently quit smoking and said that since he is doing without than i should quit facebook (he hates having me wasting my time on it haha, he calls it wingebook.) i would quit now but it's 1am here in Australia and i want to let all my mates on there know that i'm quitting it and…
  • i love South Park, American Dad, the Simpson + Family Guy :D:D
  • you write your current weight, then you put down what your goal for the week is then in every sunday we'll weigh in and you write how much you lost.
  • i aim for 1-1.5kg. so far i've been able to lose 1kg a week and thats with exercise nearlly everyday and then have the occasional day where i do go over my calorie goal.
  • i know, thats what the post shows, it just lets people know how many calories are in how many kgs they want to lose a week.
  • also your equation using my BMR deficit is exactly what mine says, just that i've workout it out from 1kg - 4kg :)
  • mine equation is for people who don't eat the exercise calories. which i don't see why you should exercise if you just gunna eat back the calories you worked so hard to burn off, it just seems like a HUGE waste of time. people exercise to burn extra calories to lose more weight, so i dont see why they should eat extra.
  • yeah i know that. i'm not saying you will definately lose the weight but if you are burning around that many calories you will have a chance of lose around that much. i just thought people who just wing it and dont actually know how many calories to burn would like something to go off. i find that since i know how much i…
  • thank you :) i thought a little healthy competiton would get me motivated to stick to it.
  • thank god! i was worried that no one was going to join :P hopefully i can stayed focused this week and lose this 2kg :)
  • they set up a goal so you will lost weight if you just diet. but if you notice they set up a specific calorie goal with exercise so you can burn the extra calories. my goal was to lose 1kg a week (a healthy weightloss of 2lbs a week) but they only put it at 750calorie deficit. and im young so i have a really high BMR for a…
  • you don't have to eat your exercise calories. if you want to lose around 1kg (2.2lbs) a week then you should be burning 1000calories a day. half from your food + BMR deficit and half from exercise. just make sure you eat atleast 1200calories everyday.
  • Screen Name: MissLadyInWaiting Febuary 1st - 159lbs Febuary 8th - 158lbs Febuary 15th - 159lbs :( goal for Febuary 22th - 156lbs
  • well it's just that it's really hard for me to hang out with my friends at parties and not drink or snack because they aren't good. and lately i have had NO food in my cupboards except meat and chips so i have had to eat bad but just tried hard to stick to 1200calories only. i just really don't want to have another week…
  • good, because everything i have ever read says that whatever you do during your weightloss you have to continue to keep the weight off. and honestly i can't live on nothing but fruit, veggies, chicken, fish cause i really do enjoy my 'treats'. i have just been so worried that i'm not going to lose weight because i'm eating…
  • i really want to be heaps flexible, i would LOVE to be able to do the splits. i pretty much want to be as flexible as a ballerina and dancer. at the moment i'm not very flexibly. i've been told i have shorter muscles or tighter muscle or something (i get it from my dad) so it's going to take me longer to become flexible.
  • i know that i shouldn't do static stretches unless my body is warmed up, i really just wanted to know if dynamic stretches improved flexibilty or if i would have to do static stretches at the end to improve my flexibility.
  • well i'm using a workout dvd and they do dynamic stretches at the start and at the end but not many static ones. so i was just wondering if my flexibilty would improve at all.
  • did you lose much weight? & how many calories would you normally burn?
  • MFP might assume that your heart rate is higher then it actually it, or that it thinks you are going faster then you really are. just go with the HRM, and even if the HRM is wrong and MFP is right you would rather be under-estimating your calories burned then over-estimating.
  • i really just need to clean out my sistem, i have ate some pretty bad stuff + feel gross. i really want to get a juicer, i'll have to save up for one. i think i'll just drink lots of tea + water and try to stick to low calorie healthy snacks so i don't throw up haha. i've done the math of how many calories i have burned…
  • if you eat before you exercise it doesn't mean that it will burn off the food you just ate. people have believe that for YEARS but they found out that it's just bull****. the only bad thing about eating then exercising is you might feel sick, so wait half an hour after eating then exercise. if you exercis on an empty…
