I use this recipe on chicken breast instead of wings: http://www.theyummylife.com/honey_teriyaki_hot_wings

I prefer MFP BUT I understand the "free" idea behind fruits and veggies. In Weight watchers they give you less calories (points) per day than MFP, knowing that people will make up those points eating "free" fruits and veggies. It is a way to try to get people to eat more fruits and veggies.

Had Salad with spinach, carrots, tomato and a light vinegar dressing. Ham Sandwich no cheese, and a bowl of weight watcher recipe broccoli cheese soup.

I need to lose more than 100, but I am not really looking to lose 100 by the end of the year. I am trying to do 2 lbs a week. So if I hit 80-85lbs I will be thrilled. Like most here I want to be around for the family :)

You could estimate (which is what I think most people do). Or if you are a stickler, you could weigh the liquid before and after to see how much was soaked into the meat.

Made this last night. I used Keebler's individual size (100 cal) pie crusts. Freaking amazing...

See, when a man and a woman love each other, the man and the woman have "special time". That results in a baby.

Did this as well. It boils down into a tasty thick sauce.

Made this and some corn for Memorial day. It was fantastic:

This is where it gets dicey. If you aren't a snacker or a desert eater you will have to eat more for dinner (or add a sauce or cheese) and assume you will work it off.

This is absolutely incorrect. MFP sets up your calorie goal in mind without exercise. It also can only be set up to lose a maximum of 2 pounds a week (a healthy weight loss). When you burn extra calories by working out, it is above and beyond what you would need to burn for the 2 pounds a week. If you ate ALL of the…

Wondering if this would fall under the attractive nuisance doctrine? If the zoo knew that kids of a certain size couldn't see the exhibit, and recognized that many parents circumvented the guards in place and didn't do enough to protect from that behavior they may be on the hook here. I'm not a fan of this lawsuit, but I…

Calories for ALL the marinade: 1126 Calories for 1/6th of the Marinade: 187 This is using mostly generic ingredients. If you want to be accurate with your measurements measure the quantity of marinade before putting in the chicken. Once you pull the chicken out to cook, measure the quantity of the leftover marinade and…

Bump to make tonight for chicken sauce/topping tonight.

I've stopped keeping cream cheese at the house. If we have a tub of it at the house I will find a reason to eat it all.

That has to be the unshelled sunflower seeds right? Despite the salt I eat 53 gram bag every day. Why? Because it takes me all day to eat 180 calories. Gets me from breakfast to lunch, then from lunch to dinner.

Made these twice now. Love the recipe as is, and add a small amount of sour cream and salsa to the top :)

Bump to make tonight for breakfast this week.

No problem. Keep in mind you don't have to eat it all back. The trick is finding the balance that works for you. I find that when I work out I need to burn more as a reward and just because I am hungrier with the extra burn. I have always read that 2-3 pounds a week is a healthy weight loss. Losing slow helps you learn to…

The calories you are given by MFP lines up with how much weight you want to lose without exercise (my goal is two pounds a week). When you burn more calories, and you want to maintain the 2 pounds a week you have to eat those extra calories back. If you don't eat them you could possibly lose more per week, but you could…

I have been trying to wake up 45 minutes early (4:30am) so I can stretch and do the elliptical before work. I have a TON of extra energy at night when I exercise and I would like to have that during the day instead. But every time my alarm goes off my brain tells me I can exercise later.

If it isn't too personal can I ask if you had issues with loose skin after you lost the weight? I have lost 32 pounds and plan to loose 85-90 more (similar to your weight loss) and I have been doing it slowly (like it seems you did). Congrats on your weight loss you look great
