Personally, I would be a little worried if I lost that much that quickly......but I'm not you. I guess no harm done if you're eating enough and are feeling A-OK, but there are probably healthier ways of sustaining such a loss long term.

Don't take your frustration out on food, it won't do you any good. Go for a walk or a run. Or go to the gym & punch the hell out of a punchbag (pretend it's your hubby!)

Eat at your TDEE (or TDEE minus 10-15% if you want to lose weight). Net not less than your BMR.

I eat at least TDEE-15% (1525) but don't net below BMR (1244). Admittedly, I've only been doing this the last 3 weeks or so.....but am losing about a pound a week on average so far. This might not work for everyone, but it is possible to eat more and lose weight....perhaps you need to step up the exercise just that little…
