No exercise is bad exercise. When do you have the most energy and time? If you're tired you probably won't put as much "oomph" into your work out and will burn less. Aside from that I highly doubt that the numbers on the clock will effect your workout in any significant way.

Yep. They "literally" have a pregnant woman pee in a "sterile" cup then isolate and remove the hormone and process it for injection or ingestion.

So you have bad health.... and you think injecting yourself with hormones and denying your body much needed nutrition by restricting yourself to 500 calories a day, essentially starving yourself is going to help. Pretty sure that is considered disordered eating behavior and is NOT going to help your health any.

I don't think its shameful. I think its an inherent biological survival mechanism to avoid people who appear creepy, diseased, dangerous, unfriendly, or otherwise unpleasant in any way that may hinder our health, comfort, or survival.

You should spend some time reflecting on your reasons for this guilt. You need to eat and you shouldn't feel guilty about doing something you are required to do to survive. What and how much are you eating? Stay in your calorie goal and make an effort to eat healthy-er foods.

You don't need to give up cookies. I met my weight goal 6 months ago (down 50 lbs to my currently weight of 117) while having a cookie or two pretty much every day.
