I for one try not to eat fried foods, as for sweets as long as in my calorie count and stick with the serving I'm ok. I was told to eat at least my calorie count (not under or over). Is this true? I'm trying to lose at least 1.5 lbs a week. I dont feel I'm doing very well with just only losing .5 most weeks. :sad: Shortyang
